Real Estate Seminar Held in the Bronx: Key Guidance for Buyers, Sellers and Investors
USANewsOnline.com: A seminar titled “Real Estate Seminar: Buyers, Sellers and Investors” was held on February 9 in the Bronx, New York, organized by Exit Realty DKC. The event took place at the Asian Driving School Party Hall on Sterling–Banglabazar Avenue and was primarily arranged for homeowners, investors, and prospective homebuyers.
The seminar highlighted important information and practical guidance related to buying and selling homes. Discussions included how to purchase a house, how homeowners can become real estate investors, as well as key topics such as tax returns, loans, home inspections, and legal matters.
The housing seminar was moderated by Realtor Saidur Rahman Lincoln. Informative presentations were delivered by CPA Ahad Ali, Attorney Hasan Malik, Chase Bank loan officer Cynthia Khan, Realtor Ashiq Hridoy, loan officer Carlos, and home inspector Imran.
